cheap, reliable source for tubes/flaps?

I'm looking for a few new tubes and flaps but am hitting many brick walls. Local places all have to order them with no expected delivery date, and/or won't touch the wheels at all. The surplus places I've contacted don't have any at the moment. Anybody got a lead on a couple tubes and flaps so I can get my spare back into commission? <img src="emoticons/icon_smile_shrug.gif" alt="Shrug">

As someone new to MVs and young enough to have only used tubeless tires on my cars, what are "flaps," and what is their purpose?

flaps go inside the tire and rest betwen the tube and the metal "face" of the rim. they are thick and flat rubber, similar to a mud flap..... almost like a BIG rubber band

Does anyone have any tubes for some 12.50x20 tires. And can I reuse the flaps for my 9.00x20 on my 12.50x20. I need to get 12 tubes if any one has any though.

Les Schwab tire stores sell tubes & flaps.
I spent $19.50 per tube for the 9.00 X 20's about three months ago. I didn't need flaps but they said they had them in stock.
