There is no such thing as "intellectual property" in Chi-Com land. I can tell you from experience, if one company has it, they ALL do. If a company is making something for your company, they are selling out the back door to your competitor; off of your tooling.

And if they are copying your electronic design or circuit board; it will have your embedded ID markers. If they can't get it from your supplier, they will copy it from a sample or get their hands on the drawings or film.

So why do US companies go there? Because even if the Chi-Coms screw it up 10 times before they get it right, or wear your tooling out making parts for your competitor, it still costs you less than making it anywhere else.
