Nobody makes one that I am aware of. It is such a simple thing to make though. I have seen it done several different ways.
If you start with a new or good trailer lead that has the Packard fittings (Male metal plug, female boot), just buy some of the ones that plug into them (Female metal plut, male boot) and run those wires into a truck side of whatever trailer plug style you want. This will connect your M truck to any trailer you have and allow you to unplug the civilian stuff if needed and hook up to any M trailer.
I started off with a cut up trailer lead, so I just hard wired in a 6 pin metal round civilian plug on the end of it. It works great.
