Clutch fan leaking?

Just picked up my 86’ m-1038, after checking it over it seems the clutch fan assembly is leaking, the only issue is I cannot figure out if it is the hose that goes to it or if it’s the fan assembly itself. Once the system primes up it shoots fluid EVERWHERE that’s why I’m having such a hard time pinpointing the leak, so my question is how often do they go bad and leak or should I replace the hose first before I buy a rebuild kit or new clutch fan assembly, also could I use compressed air to pin point the leak or will it damage the assembly?

Mine was leaking at the quick release fitting too. I took it off. Barley any room and fan blades are sharp, wear gloves.
I popped out the o ring with a dental pic and replace the 50 cent o ring. Fixed the leak.
