Compression glow plug removal?

4 of 8 glow plugs were swollen inside a week after they were installed. My mechanic was looking for a removal tool. I got sick of waiting and pulled them myself, sort of. Passenger side back two are stuck. One broke with the tip stuck in the hole. Will engine compression blow it out? How difficult is it to pull an injector and remove it from there?
The swollen ones were Autolite 1110's ???
Putting in Duroterms.

Heres a decent video. Complete the resistor bypass. Use AC Delco 60Gs.

I tried it, engine running, glow plug already loosened and it didn't work. I tried to angle what was stuck this way and that but could never get it to "pop out" even under throttle. I've heard it can happen but in a game of "texas hold'em", I'll get a 2, a 9 and a 5 all in different suits and there won't be a thing on the table that matches. I'd use the extraction tool in the previous post or a OTC 6005 like I use for this job.

I recently had 5 of 8 new Autolite 1110 glowplugs go bad (2 of them swollen) after only a week or so of life. That is interesting to me. One I was able to pull out with a visegrip, but the other one broke the tip off in the small pre-combustion chamber. I purchased a 30 mm socket from the auto parts store for about $15 for the injector removal. The tip came out with no problem, just be careful not to let it fall into the combustion chamber through the small hole that connects the per-combustion and combustion chambers. The worst part of the job was dealing with the small rusty hose clamps on the rubber fuel return lines. I too, switched to AC 60 glowplugs after that.

I recently removed 4 swollen glow plugs with the JJ and A Racing tool and it worked very well.
