In terms of electrical power consumption, that is where my approach should bring an efficient answer: using 12V or 24V ZVS induction heating modules.
These need reasonably limited electricity but heat quasi instantaneously...

I think it is important to understand that no matter how it is done, the energy required to do something never changes. The end result doe not change
So no matter how you get there, it will require the same amount of power to heat the fuel, whether it be a little bit for a longer time, or a lot, in a short time period, power requirements will be the same. Using whatever method you choose.
You will never get more power out of a system than what you put in. The HP required to heat the fuel, will be more than the HP you get out of the fuel by heating it.
