Correct Injection Pump

I'm trying to locate the cheapest price possible for an IP for my 86 M1008. I've found this part #DB2829-4544 for $270 after the core is returned.

Looking on SS, I've seen that the correct part # is DB2829-4521.

Looking at the NSN lookup service, 2910-01-326-8187, DB2829-4521 - NSNLocator it shows that both parts are for CHEVY trucks, and only the 4521 appears to be CUCV specific.

My question is, can I get away with the 4544 or do I really need to find the 4521 part?

That, DB2829-4544, is a J-code/Heavy Duty pump, and will work on your truck.
