couple questions: Door latch spring/assembly and windshield arms

Love my deuce. Its a lot of fun to drive... however when the driver door flew open, it kinda freaked my kiddos out. Sometimes if you play with the inside handle, it will stay... sometimes not.

After getting out my latch, the repair that is pinned didn't really apply to my latch.

It has a broken coiled spring. Is there a simple fix, or do I need to purchase a new latch?

I also purchased a couple of the WINDSHIELD arms from the Military guys. They look AWESOME, but I am not sure what screws to use.

Any input is GREATLY appreciated.

No sir. I am talking about the screws that hold the arms to the windshield. 4 per windshield.

Where is a good place to find the clips? One that can send them without $75 for shipping.

I put a piece of rubber to act as spacer for the doorjamb latch.
That tightened it up whereas door catch had "more" to catch on, worked good.
