At least the labor is free. It the tech college my fiance works at. All i have to do is pay for parts. I figure they cant mess the truck up any more.

This series of solid axle GM's are the easiest to work on. The guys I take all of my trucks to have a great big 
on their faces when they see one of the old solid axle GM's to play with. In and out in about 15 minutes, as long as nothing is worn or needs replacement.
