CTIS Controller Repair

I have a brand new CTIS controller with a broken pin in the connector and would like to find someone who is able to repair the broken pin and also possibly reprogram the speed limiter out or increase the high speed alert. I am in Canada on the west coast but will ship the controller where ever it needs to go. Does anyone know of a company or person who is able to do this for me?

I apologize if this is a conversation that has already been had , I did do a search and couldn't find anything.

Global Electronics in Buford Ga can probably help you out. They seem to be able to fix anything electronic that I have. Programming would have to be another member due to me currently not having access to a CTIS to datalink adapter.
