Here is another Torque sheet I created from the TMs. Once again the page number is on there where I got it from, though some of the page numbers in the TM seem to have typos but I tried to number them by what they should be. I got a bit bored dealing with this case of Shingles so I've been creating things like this. lol Hopefully it will help someone.

Man this is awesome!! Hope you get to feeling better soon. I went by and saw David at the hospital last night. He seems to be doing a lot better. Hopefully he will be out today. Hope you and your family have a Safe Happy Thanksgiving Robert.

Nice work! Maybe put the inch lb ones in red tho. We don't need anyone tightening their trans pan bolts down to 160 ft lbs rofl

Ah, that's no problem. They'll never get them that tight anyway. They'll shear off a long time before that!

Al, nice work, and thank you!

BTW, try some coconut oil on those shingles. It's pretty amazing stuff. I haven't tried it on shingles, but based on what I've seen it do for every other skin problem, from bad burns to terrible eczema, I bet it would help.

Make sure you get the organic kind. Any health food store will have it. We get ours from Costco, since they started carrying a good quality brand. Used to get it from www.tropicaltraditions.com

Excellent quality, and great service, but it's a lot cheaper at Costco.

Great work Sir! This document will come in very handy. Time to get out torque wrenches and go front to back.

Gripy,
I've always applied 100 foot pounds on passenger vehicle wheels. So far I haven't ever had a torqued wheel come off. Knock on wood.

Great info! I was expected only one sheet, and when printed got 5 sheets that cover basically the entire truck! THANKS!!:D

Hmmm...might be worth laminating and keeping these in the garage for oil impervious smudge proof reference.

Hi Al,

Not sure if you're still bored 8) but could a column with corresponding Nm torque values be added to your Torque Spec Sheet?
Or otherwise you can send me the Excel and I'll do it and send back to you.

Much appreciated,

Jake

Here is one with the Nm added in a new column. Please check this and make sure the figures are correct. I used a formula of Nm = Ft lbs / 0.73756 for all the foot pound conversions. For the inch pounds, I went and pulled the numbers out of the manual just to make sure I didn't do any math wrong.

I wish I had the original Excel file so I could arrange them alphabetically.
