I guess I should have clarified that the one I purchased was not the original rather a suitable replacement. It works perfect.

Fixed my post.....6.5T (diesel) wiring diagram for a CUCV II (unknown source) <----- The diagram was created by warthog and shared with his kind permission, just to be correct.
A by-god CLEAN garage!Got my CUCV II painted up. Rapco 383 green. The paint will significantly darken over the next coming days.
Yes, the sun and ambient colors affects the paint. I used 383 green. Here's how dark it was last night. It is even darker in the shade in natural sunlight.Kinda Kermit the frog green there, is it the sun?
The bumpers are different. The CUCV II bumper is a modified version of the stock rear bumper on a Tahoe.Does anyone know if a CUCV and CUCV II rear bumper are the same? Definitely look similar. I would like to put a CUCV bumper on my civilian K3500 build eventually
I believe he was referring to the pick up.The bumpers are different. The CUCV II bumper is a modified version of the stock rear bumper on a Tahoe.
The reproduction looks great, a big improvement over the OEM cover.Good news, the CUCV II is back to 24V! I have attached what an original CUCV II voltage converter cover looks like in comparison to my reproduction.
No, I had a local metal shop make it for me.Did you do all that bending and brake-work yourself?
