Cutom Axles and housings for the Deuce

Just wondering if anyone can recommend custom housings and gear set companies for the deuce? I am looking for a company that can manufacture the housings, modify axles, gear sets etc. Need to be in the medium duty range though...Dana 44's won't cut it . Hard to find companies that can 6x6's and would hate to make mine a 4x4.....Thoughts?

Or you can put the T1138 transfer case in that would give you .72 to 1 o/D
