hey guys, i have been reading posts and checking for solutions, but haven't come across on yet.
problem: i left my lights on in my 1009 and drained the battery completely. rear battery still has good voltage. i tried to jump my truck and put the cables to the front battery as i have done may times before. i turned the key on, got all my my in dash lights, door buzzer, let the battery charge u a little bit, tried to crank it and it wasn't enough juice to get it to start.
i turned key off, waited a few more minutes, and i turned the key on and now i have no lights or anything in cab.....no door buzzer, no idiot lights. nothing.
i am looking around for a fuseable link or something that is keeping the electric from making it to the cab. can you guys give me some ideas...i am stranded here and the guy who was giving me a jump is leaving. so i need to try to figure out what blew so i then can get a jump from someone else.
i have my voltmeter with me, but again, my front battery is dead right now.
thanks guys, i appreciate the help.
