Howdy folks,

As the title states,I was given a 11-C-11 power supply last weekend, the only markings on the data plate are as follows,

contract # N140-61339S-527668

Manufactured by Industrial Tevevision Inc.

serial #1107

year 1955

Input power 115V @ 10 amperes

output 0-16V @ 25 amps or 0-32V@ 12.5 amps

It is about 15 inches tall,24 inches long, and 15 inches in depth, and weighs about 75 to 90 lbs.

any ideas what this was used for?

It looks like a general purpose power supply, not meant for any specific radio set, in order to power 12 and 24V DC radios with 115 AC household voltage. There are units throughout the 1950s to the 1980s that did this, most are heavy beasts because the transformers inside needed to convert the DC to AC.
