Tell you the truth, If you have to plumb in a filter, might as well get a spin on filter base from a big-rig store like peterbuilt. They sell for $15-25 bucks. Then you won't have to worry about getting adapters.

This site is great thanks all who replied. Chased down the fuel line from the tank, it runs down the drivers side frame rail to a flex hose to the secondary filters. Looks like i need to install a primary in the near furture.
