Do GovPlanet Bill of Sale also have "Off Road Use Only" stamp?

I am not asking about titling HMMWV's.

I just want to know if GP bill of sale has "off road" stamp on it or not. And it stops there.

I've read some folks saying that, unlike SF97, bill of sale does NOT have "off road use only" stamp on it. But I saw one picture online showing that it does.

Can somebody who has ordered a BoS please tell me what is correct?

My Notarized Bill of Sale was not marked "Off Road", my SF97 is stamped clearly on the top in red.

I have arrived! (in the thread). Technically they should have the stamp as well. I am aware of a group of them that got through without it originally but going forward they should have it on the BOS as well.
