when i replace them what parts other then the cover,clamps do ineed.what grease is best and is it more than take one off and put a new one on.

Forget the solids, gotta pull everything off! They tear too. Then you gotta pull everything off again. Get the zipper style. Takes four hands to do it. Takes less than an hour. Or get the solids and pull your hub assembly off and repack the bearings, change your inner and outer axle seals.
