Well, I got stuck in the yard, and if the tow rope hadn't broke, my deuce would have done it's job :)

Have to get a chain and my brother here tomorrow to unload the trailer and
help me with this mess.

Use those straps holding your load down. They are pretty hard to break. The deuce should pull the whole rig out, no problems.

Out of all the places that you could have parked your truck, why did you go and park it right in the middle of the only hole in the entire yard

I was at work Friday when one of my guys got a 9000lb lift buried in the soft clay while moving some equipment. He had it almost to the frame. So I go get the CUCV to pull her out. After 3 tries I said SCREW IT and got the deuce. 6X6 Fixes everything!!!!!:-D:-D:-D

On a side note, that load is free trusses from a schools roof that blew off.
I also have the tin. My dad gave me enough trusses and tin to build a 48 x 32
shop. I got free poles from work, and some free lumber from my brother.

So now all I need is some concrete for piers and a few more pieces of lumber :)

20k building for ... $500 or so :)

Note 2: In the back of the deuce is the first of 5 55 gallon drums of used oil/hydraulic fluid
from work :) ... Cost: $0

Well, here we go.

I left the truck until the next day, and then the bottom fell out and it rained.
Pulled the deuce back there, and pulled the truck out in idle :)

However, my brother has a medical condition that doesn't let him drive
so he's never backed up a trailer. Needless to say he couldn't guide it
through the trees and then the truck got stuck again.

So I pulled through to hook up the trailer to my deuce, and get it out that
way. Was having no problems. Then a big fracking hole just opened up and
swallowed the whole front end of the deuce.

So.. now the trailer is not stuck, but it's too heavy to move, turn by hand.
The white truck, is barely stuck, but stuck with nothing to work with is stuck.

And the deuce is not going anywhere :)

So I grudgingly called my buddy who has a 4wd ranger, he came out and pulled
the white truck out while I drove it, then he backed up the trailer, no problem.

Then for sh*ts and giggles, we figured, hey, If I can go forward 2 inches,
I can pull the deuce out of the ruts and park until it's dry...

Well, I couldn't even feel him pulling. So I guess the deuce is here for a while
and I have a date with a shovel.

Of course... pics.

Oh man, what a bad day at the office. Since you saved so much on the new garage, I assume you have enough $$$ left to bid on a wrecker?

Seems everyone is getting stuck in their yard lately. It must be that these are made for real tough cross country runs and not manicured grass.:-D The trucks just don't know how to handle that kind of terrain.
