Eaton CTIS PCU rebuild

I am looking into rebuilding the PCU for my CTIS M936A2 wrecker. If this works I will be able to rebuild others if needed. I will keep you guys updated.

I got it to work. I might be able to post some pictures if anyone is interested.

There are rebuild kits available. Sometimes you can just clean it and use generic o rings.

I had the solenoid go out. I thought it was the valves so I cleaned them and replaced the o-rings. But the solenoid for the control vavle went out. I did an ohms test an it was open. I switched it with the deflate solenoid and I could inflate but not deflate. I purchased a solenoid pressure valve
From eBay and used just the solenoid. I wired it in and it's good as new now.
