yes I empty the tank new diesel about 10 gallons , new glow plugs , new injectorsDid you remove the old fuel and use fresh Diesel fuel to ensure your old fuel was not bad??
When you replaced the glow plugs and injectors, did you ensure they were properly installed so there are no air leaks?
I guess you could also check compression if all else fails.
DO NOT EVER USE ETHER!!!!!!

yes I waited for the light to go out then I crank the engine , I wonder I did replace the injection pump with a used one I had from another humvee could it be engine timing.? injection pump is pumping fuel to injectors. I will try hot wire to glow plug to test if it lights thanks for the help.Hook a 24v light to one of the gliw plug wires. See if it lights.
Are you waiting for the wait light to go out before trying to start it?
No start, white smoke sounds like a too cold engine.
I have said this before so pardon me for repeating,, EVERYONE running ANY type of EESS box SHOULD have a 24V panel light in their dash connected to one of the glow plugs so they can monitor exactly what the glow plugs are ACTUALLY doing ALL the time!Hook a 24v light to one of the gliw plug wires. If all 8 plugs fail... Likely not going to start.A Voltmeter does well.
When I rebuild these devices, I include an LED that stops functioning if all 8 plugs fail.
