Reset fault indicator - missed that bright red light somehow - all is well now. THANKS!

No problem. But maybeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee, looking into the operators TM would be a good way to relax on Sunday? I am not scolding! Nor nagging, much. 😇
Ok, did part of what you suggested. ( No, I haven't read through the entire TM.)

I followed your process on both 804As of trying to get fuel up to the injectors to get the units started. I know there is fuel up to the injector pump on both. When I push to priming pump, I hear what sounds like air (pssst) being release on the 3rd or 4th pump. It sounds like it is coming from the are behind the injector pump, but it's hard to tell exactly. (I can't get my big head far enough in the confined space to get an ear close.) I've cracked the fittings coming out of the top of the injector pump and at the injectors (not all at once), but still no fuel to the injectors. I can hear what sounds like fuel going back into the tank as if it's flowing through the return line. If that were the case, then fuel should be sitting at each injector, correct? Emergency stop switch is "out" on both. No fault lights on either. Both have at least 5 gallons of fuel in the tank. New fuel and oil filters in both. Air filters ok in both.

Also, after about three or four tries at cranking (no more than about 20 seconds in duration), all I get is a clicking noise when I turn the starting switch. It similar to what you might hear when you have dead batteries, but my batteries are fully charged.

I can hear what sounds like fuel going back into the tank as if it's flowing through the return line. (Then pull the return line and see) If that were the case, then fuel should be sitting at each injector, correct? (Yes, but take the line off of the Injector, compleatly) Emergency stop switch is "out" (Out is off?) on both. No fault lights on either. Both have at least 5 gallons (not near enough. Also, when the fuel level switch reads low fuel, it shuts the set down. It will not let you start it, if it is in a low fuel situation.) of fuel in the tank. New fuel and oil filters in both. Air filters ok in both.

I would put 10-15 gal in the tank, and then start pumping the hand pump. Or, try this. Unplug the A2, (fault indicator) and then try starting the set, but after pumping it a lot.

Separate subject - replacement gauges. I need one (1) 88-21103 fuel gauge for a 5Kw and one 88-21104 oil pressure gauge for a 15Kw. Saw this posting for fuel gauges - https://www.steelsoldiers.com/threa...3-beede-945331-6625-01-366-0193-70-ea.199406/ - but don't have access to reply. His stock of fuel gauges may be all gone by now. Any suggestions/tips?

Still working the fuel issues, but don't work on this stuff on the weekends. (It's a volunteer gig at a local ,military museum.) I don't think you addressed another previously mentioned issue on one of our 804As - "Also, after about three or four tries at cranking (no more than about 20 seconds in duration), all I get is a clicking noise when I turn the starting switch. It similar to what you might hear when you have dead batteries, but my batteries are fully charged."

Two ways to approach this. One, is to type, @Light in the Dark in your next post in this thread. That sends a message to LITD as a heads up, and he will answer. The second is write Patracy and ask him to help you with a PM. I would have thought you could write a PM by now. Do you know how? Also, you could post a "Parts Wanted" thread. It helps if you state the Part number and NSN.

I thought I wrote, When that happens, unplug the Fault indicator and try it. But may not. Try it.

Thanks again. Didn't realize your "unplug the fault indicator" instruction was addressing that clicking issue.

@Light in the Dark - looking for replacement gauges
