Electrical problem

OK the right rear turn blinker will not blink. Other three work, stop lights work, tail lights work, but right rear will not work. Changed the bulb, didn't fix it. Took it apart, it appears new inside, no dirt/corrosion ect.

Hmm, the turn signals for the rear are the same bulb for the stop lights. To me, it would seem that you have an issue with the turn signal switch assembly. I have attached the pdf copy of the wiring diagram for you to test & confirm the issue.... Good luck.

Be aware that the diagram above contains a number of errors, there is a separte thread listing them...

This is for the m809 series, but may help in trouble shooting.
Needless to say, check the grounds.

if the brake lights work on both sides it can only be the turn sig switch

It was the turn signal switch assembly.
