Electrical question M715

So under the driver seat of my truck there is a switch. Am I correct in thinking this is an anti theft starter relay cut off or am I way off?

I tried it it but if it is a starter cut off, mine doesn't work.

Any ideas? Thanks!!

Fire service add-on. Not original to the truck.

Yep, not original. I would trace the wires to see where they go to figure out what the switch controls.

The truck was part of the MVPA and definitely not fire service so that seems odd. It really looks original but I will have to trace I guess

The MVPA is a automobile club specifically for military vehicles. Anyone can join. Pay the fee, and you get a sticker to put on your vehicle.

If it is not a cut out switch at the moment, and not used for anything else, wire it up as an anti theft switch.
