I made this up nearly a year ago and just conned Dman into doing the little weld required. Its more of a safety thing in case its parked on a hill and someone bumps the handle but visually may deter somebody. The thing was made from one of the uprights that hold the front of the pioneer rack up. Painfully simple.

Thats a great idea, I have bumped mine off with my arse while getting out of the truck when parked on inclines but always leave it in gear with the fuel shut off pulled out.
