Empty Weights

Has anyone weighed their M1008 in an empty configuration? I’m having a hard time buying the 5,900lb curb weight in the TM. Mines too modified to get an accurate OEM weight at this point.

Also, does anyone know if they weighed them with or without fluids?

It's not too far off from what it weighs. In comparison a M998 Hmmwv thats aluminum weighs 5400lbs empty.

I shipped them and they weighed 5900lbs. empty. Add troop seats and roof bows and it gets heavier.

Completely stock and with a full tank.
