Thanks. Will a big block also fit? I can't say why I'm asking or I might get dinged for it. I have a bunch of cans some empty and some with hmmwv 6.2's in them.

Holy cow! No wonder my backhoe was straining to lift the engine and can off the back of JW's truck last year when we got home.

We have converted two of our engine cans into engine test stands.
A big block chevy will fit in them. Be warned. Once the seal is broken, and the nitrogen is released from the can. They will condensate over time, and fill with water.
This can ruin a perfectly good engine.

The tinny rattle is the starter bendix hitting the flex plate, caused by a weak spring.
