If your deuce has a 465 engine, it is a M35 A2, check your data plate.
M35 A1`s were built from 1960 to 1964, and came with the LDS 427-2 engine.
Also, M35 A1`s always do have turbos, either a Schwitzer 4-450, or a 4D-454C.
Whenever a M35 A1 had its engine replaced with a LD or LDT 465 engine, the truck´s NSN , line item number, papers, data plate and designation were changed to M35 A2, and TACOM was informed.

You are correct. I made a mistake when typing the previous info. I'll go back and edit the post.
