Hmmmm? I was updated via email of the change
My EUC was filed on 4/8/2020
Just got updated to day 4/24/2020 under ECU Status it reads "Submitted to TSC, pending approval"
Hoping the next step wont be to long with everything going on.
that doesnt make sense, i did get an email that they reveived my euc and thats it, my euc filled on 4/1 and it says euc status "sent" and last update 4/2. what ever that means. Also I had a nother person whoes status said "sent" and went to approved in 4 week (first time) do you know what did the status say beofore it went to submited? some one told me 'sent" means sent to tsc, but not based on what you are saying, now thoroughly confused, and it does not sound consistent with Gp with statuses

This is my first run at it. Wish I could remember what it said before. I believe it said "received"

New folks should learn that the EUC process makes no sense when it comes to time lines and submissions.

Do not try to make sense of it.

Why do some first time EUC submissions get approved in 4 weeks after it was submitted vs a person who buys 15 trucks a year, submits an euc for every truck and has had EUCs clear in the last 30 days, submits it on the same day as the first time buyer and they get their notice that it is approved 12 weeks later or 6 months later. It makes no sense and there is no way to fight it.

If it has been several months you can begin calling every day to customer service. 3x a day and you will make some headway that way

I am just a couple weeks ahead of you but "EUC Sent" just means that you sent it to GP and they acknowledged receipt. For me, I filled out the EUC and submitted on 3/11 they acknowledged receipt and changed status on 3/18.

After about a month (4/13), my status changed from "EUC Sent" to "Submitted to TSC, pending approval"

I hope mine isn't too far behind considering it went to TSC 10 days earlier apparently.

I called gov planet again today to find the status on my documents. I purchased and paid for the truck a year ago, next week. This time, their excuse was that “the DLA is closed”. Obviously this is not the case. Some EUCs are still getting approved. Gov planet/ Ritchie bros is truly just about the shadiest government contractor around, and that’s saying something

EUCs are a different group than SF97 I believe.

I purchased and paid for the truck on June 20, 2019. EUCs and titling documents both fall under the purview of the DLA, which definitely is not closed.

After calling gov planet every week for several months following the purchase, and getting nowhere, I reached out directly to a contact in the DLA. On March 12, when the EUC was finally approved, I received a call from my contact letting me know that he had just gotten the EUC in his cache. This was an hour before I got the automated email from gov planet saying the EUC was submitted, and already 9 months down. Gov planet had sat on the EUC that entire time but had been blaming the delay on the DLA every week.

When I submitted the SF-97 to gov planet, I again reached out to my contact in the DLA. He said their turn around would be less than three days once it was received on their end. After three months of calling gov planet every week, the story changed depending on the rep I spoke to. Next week will be a year since the purchase and still I have not been able to drive on the road legally.

To add insult to injury, and further prove how shady gov planet is, I am still owed the sales tax return. Proper documentation was submitted to gov planet and they have acknowledged the taxes collected should be refunded but told me I had to go to the state to get it back. After contacting the state of Kansas revenue office, and explaining the situation, they sent me to the audit department. They conducted an audit and determined that gov planet had not paid the sales tax they collected. I am currently working with the revenue audit department and joint intake center to illuminate gov planets fraud in this issue.

This is the seventh military vehicle I have purchased through gov planet, and gov liquidation before that. The experiences have varied over the years but I would caution everyone to stay away going forward, and I will never use a ritchie bros company again.

I need your contact. Getting told day after day after day that they can’t even submit my EUC to DLA because they are closed. 8 weeks now.

They've told you that recently? I called last week and they said that they are getting a constant flow of EUC's in each Thursday.

Contact at DLA? I purchased M1123 HMMWV in Spetmber 2019, delivered in December, and do not have a title yet. Gov Planet says the office is closed and not processing any titles.

Thoughts on next steps? Is it just waiting?

Just spoke with gov planet “Karen”. Very helpful and empathetic. I am showing “submitted to TSC , pending approval”. She said taking 2 to 6 months. I’m at 4 months. Awaiting approval for Growler. Good luck.

Sorry, but gotta brag about dumb luck; it took 13 days for my EUC to be processed / approved for my 1986 M998 HMMWV...

I liked the growlers, but way pricier. Do you have pics?

Good for you. I have unimog flu 419. Brother has hummers. He talked me into growler. I’ll let you know what I think. Hummer is better value. No doubt. No pics yet.
