The pictures at the top were made by some Dutch on vacation in France this year! Came accross this scrap yard. The yard's website is Surplus Militaire Industriels

Why do these finds have to be so far away?

What's the weird white barebones halftrack? Looks really small. About 1/4 down the page.

great we take them over seas and use them til they break down. we dont bring them back and the germans restore some of them. now that we all need parts we shi7 out of luck with the germans. but boy can they drink.

great we take them over seas and use them til they break down....

. Which planet you are on ? You guys left millions of $$$ in good army stuff standing in Germany without ever using it, then after 30-odd years you sell it with 50 miles on the counter. Barely enough to cover the trip from the factory to the train to the ship onto the next train and finally left to rot in a depot.

The guy making the pcture did not know either, he tought a GTB TRUCK 1 1/2 TON 4X4 FORD "BURMA JEEP" but could not place the tracks. Maybe a local varation with added tracks?
