Face cam causing throttle to stick

I’m having this same exact issue with my M1123. Throttle was sticking at halfway and not returning to idle. I removed the screw #9 to keep the throttle from sticking while I get the parts and fix that plunger. I’m only driving it locally without that cam screw engaged - but it definitely feels low on power climbing hills.

Same thing here, although I didn't remove the screw, just loosened it and adjusted that #8 plate backwards to provide more travel before hitting the #12 super rusted plunger. I don't actually know what adjusting that does injection-wise and such, so I'm not going to say it's really even a temporary fix. I should be able to pull my pump in 1-2 weeks and send it off for a rebuild.
