More pic of the 12v-24v converter. Most was junk I've gathered over upteen years and chunked in boxes in the garage. 
Got to build some more batts for the mobile/prc77. I'm using a pair of RC car 7.2v batts wired up in in an gutted batt. The ant. mount is quick disconnect. Thanks to all for the insight and help. Working to get my ham lic. now.

I have OCD when it comes to anything having to do with "shoot,move,communicate".
Thanks for the comps. The last missing link was the 7777. I knew I had one. Well, I thought I did. Went nuts and tore the garage apart and finally found it laying in the weeds.
Tore it apart and cleaned it up and it actually works once I fabbed new power line.
Would have loved to do a Clansman system but I grew up toting a prc77. Used to pick up tv shows while on guard duty with that old heavy bugger.

Your rig looks great! I was surprised when you mentioned the 7777. Both the 7777s and the 7778s were typically only used in armor or vehicles that experienced large voltage transients caused by pumps and solenoids kicking in and out. Even though a lot of the 151s got the 7778 suppressors they were always a case of overkill. That and they burned a lot of fingers when they got hot!
The RTOs lost a great test tool when the FCC went to digital broadcasting. We used to check the receivers on freqs 59.75, 65.75, and 71.75 when they had analog broadcasts.

I figgured I'd never be able to talk the wife into me getting a 113 so I figured "might as well"
