First I would like to thank everyone involved in my IP issues. Turned out the problem was the rod that os held in by the 2 smaller screws that the engine shut down cable operates was in with the little tit at the end in to far of a 6:00 position and not in the slot where it needed to go. Got it installed right and it started right up exept........she will not idle below 7 to 800 rpm is I keep it at 900 to 1000 rpm she runs like a champ any ideas Do you fellas think I may still have air trapped in the system?
Thanks Jerry

this usually means a worn out ip head. set idle up some and if it gets worse replace head.
This dosent make sense it ran beautifully until we changed out the Hydraulic head O-rings how can that make the head go bad? can the head be taken apart and maint?

How do you turn up the idle?
Thanks Jerry

use the idle speed adjustment screw, see manual. any small amount of dirt or operating with out fuel primed, the stress on things when you had the fuel control misaligned may have been enough to hurt a already worn plunger. run it and if it gets worse get a new head, not repairable. new heads on e-bay have been less than $200

Do you know the TM No# that lines this operation out.
Thanks Jerry
