Finally got the gun mounted

Just out of curiosity, is it generally illegal to have a weapon real or fake mounted like that and drive it? I don't at this point ever plan to do that, but I don't see where it would be illegal if you don't have anyone in the back while your driving it. I'm sure it's a social faux pas though. Enlighten me

Don't want to hijack thread....but generally not kosher in state of IL to have exposed REAL gun. Most other states are like IN.....no law against it specifically. Got to remember...only (2) states do not issue license-to-carry a handgun....IL and WI. Most allow carry of long-guns. Your mileage may vary....LOL.
