Fisher Minute Mount Push Plates info

Can anyone who has a minute mount plow on their CUCV get some info for me? I have a set of push plates but I’m missing the angle braces between them (number 3 in the diagram). If someone wouldn’t mind getting me the specs on them I’d really appreciate it.
Trying to get them exact as far as bolt holes and material.
