Now cut/grind the top flush with the bumper so the flag holder is in stealth mode. Don't forget to drill a drain hole in the bottom.
What flags are ya gonna run?

Actually I can unscrew the 3/8" pipe for the stealth mode and I have a notch in the collar if water gets in it. I guess I could put a rubber cap over the collar when not in use.
