yes I plan on bringing the 5 ton, and the permit is for 9 trucks or more on richloam land together!

Everything is going well
!
We have the BBQ/Smoker reserved and the wood for cooking appropriated.
GreenGator has agreed to help with the cooking and may also bring an MKT.
You will need to bring firewood for burning if you plan on having a camp fire. There are several burn rings at the campgrounds and a very large ring for a community fire right next to the pavilion.
The subject of CB radios has been talked about as a way to communicate while on trail rides as well as possible between base camp and trail riders as cell phone coverage is almost non-existent is most of Richloam. If you have a system laying around or have just been looking for an excuse to put one in, now may be the time.
We will need a loose idea as to how many vehicles and what type (military,civilian,rv,popup,trailer,BMW,etc.) as we are hoping to keep all of the Green in one area. Also might be good to know which vehicles might be joining some of the trail rides. Anyone attending that will not be bringing a vehicle for trail riding can usually find an empty seat on one of the vehicles going.
Remember that tickets sale that include food are in advance of the event weekend (no food ticket purchases at the gate) and while no deadline date has been placed on advanced ticket sales the logistics of how much food to purchase must be determined close to a week ahead of time, so if you have not purchased your tickets please do so. Ticket options can be found on the first page of this thread and ticket requests are to be emailed to floridamvrally@gmail.com. Remember to include ticket type and number of tickets you want to purchase.

No I have no intentions of bringing a stupid BMW to a truck rally! Oh! you meant Jack didn't you! Sorry! I will have the permit for Richloam secured before we go! I am panning on bringing a 5 ton, deuce and my goat if all is ready! Possibly one more if I have a driver.

As for the intercoms, I picked up three headsets like what Kenny had on the way to the GA rally. Peltor powercoms to talk between my trucks, if you guys have those bringem and we will sync them up, I am working on getting a couple more now.

Chris, what frequencies do the powercoms use? GMRS/FRS? If you have the specific freqs please share them. Some of us have radios that can be programmed.

Hey guys,
Wife and I are wintering over in Winter Haven as of 2 days ago. Am thinking of just driving up to the rally for a few hours to see and meet people and introduce her to MVs. Plan to be back home same day. How do tickets work for a quick in and out without food? Didn't see anything on the first page that fit our circumstances.
