FMCSA "Clearinghouse" - when did this happen ugh

Like a lot of us, my M915 class 8 truck has been parked during the 2 year pandemic. Looks like uncle dropped some new requirements on CDL holders in the mean time. Now we have to establish an account in the FMCSA "clearinghouse". Apparently this also applies to "owner/operators" which I am. Apparently we have to PAY a "Consortia/ Third Party Administrator" (C/TPA) to administer the account somehow. Has anyone done this and anyone have recommendations for this service?

I use Keystone Management Services in Marietta, GA.

If you have issues just register and send me your login info and I can fill it out and set it up so you only have to Make the payment etc.
