Hello All,

My M998 is missing both Footman Loops (if that's what their called) for attaching the rear Curtin at its midpoints. Not on the bed. I cannot seem to find a picture and part number. I want to get them replaced before damaging my new Curtin. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you my peeps!

Do you mean that the footman loops you are looking for don't go on the bed, or that you don't have the ones that go on the bed? I'm guessing this is for a 4 man? The 2 man only has them at the outside edges.

Here is the one that goes on the floor in the bed area for the 4 man top rear curtain.

Figure 321 in TM 9-2320-280-24P-1 shows this part. (using the "find" function in Adobe Acrobat reader and searching for "footman" brought it up quickly)

I'm using the D rings on the bed to connect the lower Curtin straps too. The middle connection points above the wheel well on the flat surface is what I'm looking for. Although after your comment, going to the D rings on the bed may not be correct either. Yes, it is a four man. Do you have a close up picture of both areas so I can get it right? Thank you Sir!

I don't have any pics, mine is a 2 man truck.

The piece that goes on the fender is

and picture of everything will be in the TM on the page I mentioned above. Not the best picture mind you, but hopefully someone else can show some pictures of theirs.

Hello all,

I received my missing flat footman loops that mount on the bed. My question is does the bar go in front or behind the eyelets? I hope that makes scene. Thanks in advance!!!
