GL submitted my EUC on April 9 and as of Monday no word yet. Needless to say like everybody else I was P----D! So at lunch I called Gl and spoke with a very helpful young lady. Explained what was on my mind and she says I don't blame you folks for being upset. I asked about getting my money back and she informed me that after 90 days I was eligable for a full refund. She also gave me the phone # for Battle Creek. So I called the # and spoke to another nice lady who was as P----D as I was. I was nothing but nice to her like speaking to my mother. She says GL shouldn't give out their phone #. I apoligized for calling and was told that since I was being so nice that she would file a customer ticket for me and send it to the DLA research dept. She said they would contact me the next day and we hung up. I figured to never hear from them but 10 oclock the next morning my phone rang and it was a fellow from DLA telling me my EUC was still in hibernation. He said he would work on it. Well he did. In the meantime I am sending GL E-mail as I was told to do requesting a refund and after 3 e-mails I finally got a response. I figured give me my money back or the EUC. Here is what I recieved from GL and Battle Creek. I'll cut and paste on the next block
