CHECK you spring mount mounting BOLTS, when I went down to get the bolts to fix the wrecked wreckers spring mounts, I found out that they were ONLY grade 5 on some of them, the G=744 (m54 series, 809 uses the same parts) parts book calls this a critical connection and grade 8 with a VERY high shear, so check you bolts, to make sure GI mechanic didn't put some GRADE 5 bolts in.
I noticed 3 different lengths of bolts on my mounts, in the G-744p ALL 16 bolts are the same.
