Mine didn't have it when I bought the truck. I have never seen one in person, there was one in the classifieds a couple of months ago, that is the only one I have ever seen for sale. There are snaps along the top of the cab and bed of the truck that the cover snaps to, it is attached over the outside of the fiberglass cap
