Front driveshaft lubing

Was doing some lubing on my M1009. In the TM's it shows there should be lube zerks on the u-joints and a hole for the slip joint. Is this only on the M1008, because I cant see anywhere to lube either the u-joints which are sealed originals or the CV joint. There is a rubber boot on the shaft but the clamps dont look like they're meant to re & re. Am I missing something here?

there are two generations of drive shafts, the first group has the grease fitting. the second group does not have the grease fitting but a rubber boot to keep out trash and water from the drive shaft splines.

The heavy duty replacement u joints usually dont have grease fittings. The CV joint has a needle zerk fitting....usually.
When i get a new to me truck, I take out the drive shafts, remove slip yokes, check, lube, replace, that way I know what is what.

My 86 has the boot with clamps, so it looks like the second design. I'm a little bit confused. In the TM it shows a zerk on this second design also. "The CV joint has a needle zerk fitting usually" Thats what I'm trying to figure out, did I miss this? or it doesn't exist?. Have a friend checking under his M1009 today.
