Is it possible to verify which models a winch is suited for based on its data plates?

A Garwood (20K LB) winch w/ level wind & tensioner Model # 7411122, Dana (Chelsea) PTO Model # 308454-1, shift linkage, & PTO Shaft all just followed me home. I was told they were from a 5 ton wrecker, but I'm not sure which one.

All the 5ton winches I've seen are the same. The only difference is the 939 trucks are driven by hydraulic motors.

Winch, yes for M39, M809 and M939-series trucks. I am not sure what that PTO fits. However, I do know the mechanical driven winches on the M39 and M809-series trucks with the Spicer 6452 or 6453 transmissions use Dana 002224-2 or military part number 7409588.
