Hi all'

Just a quick n easy question, have tried searching but no joy.

Are the inner and outer hub seals same all-round back & front??

Reason for asking is i've got a few spare sets of rears (inner and outer seals) and was wondering if i've got what i need to do the fronts or not???

Many thanks in advance,

Ben

For the "outer" portion (i.e. everything outboard of the brake backing plate) the inner seal is indeed the same as on the rear. Note that you do not have to install an outer seal in the front (but you can, if you want). If you do the complete front axle, (i.e. pull the shaft, steering knuckle etc.) then you need these seals as well and they are unique to the front axle.
