Fuel leak

This fuel leak has been developing over a long time, it isn't a big leak, just enough for the biodiesel to eat away the paint as it drips down the side of the IP.
Question: is there a gasket of some sort involved or is it an inverted flare type connection at this point.
The image shows the boot pulled up on the high pressure fule line and the fitting that is leaking below it.

I have the same leak mine is because i replace the and did not know that there is a copper washer in there as a seal. So I think thats all I need. and even with no washer I dont get much more than a littel dripp.
