Fuel Pressure Switch

Is the only use for the fuel pressure switch on top of the fuel filter used for the STE-ICE machine?

Unless you need to measure the fuel pressure with your STE/ICE tool. Then it's pretty great, I'd think. For driving a HMMWV? Put a plug there if it leaks. Otherwise, forget about it.

Ok Thanks. I have a STE/ICE but measuring fuel pressure is unlikely. I'm going to replace the whole housing with a filter I can get at most Auto Part stores.
