Fuel problem

I just bought a m1028 and i can't get it to start. I just changed the glow plugs. When i watch the drain on the fuel filter base i get nothing. The fuel gauge says the tank is half full. What do i need to look for or change.

take the filter off an fill with fuel an fill the fuel pump up with atf it is in the top of the pump it has a pipe plug fill it up an speen it over an spray startin fluid in the air breather till it starts .

Fuel pump working? It appears to have no fuel pressure. Did the fuel come in the truck? Did you drain the tank? Have you changed the fuel filter?

Thank you, but stupidly i didn't check to see if the fuel gauge was malfunctioning and i think the tank is empty.
