GAZ 3308 Starter Needed for US Army in Iraq

Helping a friend in Iraq, he's a mech in Southern Iraq, who is looking for th starter for a GAZ 3308, about a 2 ton military truck. It has two axles.

The part number is CT 230-A1. They are also looking for a clutch, press plate and through out bearings.....for the same truck...

Anyone know where they can be had, let me know and I'll forward the info....
