My generator is putting out 32 volts and with this contraption attached i have no way to adjust the voltage.....yes I'm keeping my ignition switch off to keep from frying my batteries and whatnot.
What are my options?

CIVI mod, no waterproofing, built in reg, looks like a old single wire delco off a old cat or similar, the reg took a crap

The Mil regulator is attached to the back (inside) of the rear plate ( see pic ) you could try changing that out and do away with the aftermarket reg. The rear plate w/reg attached comes up for sale on E-bay every now and then, there are some venders who sell them also ( just can't remember who they are ) alt adjudt II.jpg
